About
I use research, systems thinking and interaction design to turn complex product problems into clear, intuitive experiences.
I'm a Senior Product Designer with 10 years of experience across product, UX and interaction design, specialising in B2B SaaS, B2C and complex multi-user platforms. My work spans research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing and scalable design systems.
Most recently, at Royal Voluntary Service, I worked across GoVo, a multi-sided volunteering platform connecting individuals, charities and corporate organisations. I designed public, charity and corporate experiences, established a scalable design system, and used research to shape new and evolving journeys. My work also explored AI-enabled capabilities within product workflows, alongside using AI-assisted tools throughout research, design and iteration.
Previously, at Restrata and Riskhub, I worked on complex B2B SaaS platforms across safety, security, risk and compliance management. I designed operational workflows, dashboards, mapping and data visualisation, while also exploring AI-enabled workflow automation to simplify complex processes.
Earlier in my career, I worked with the British Red Cross and University of the Arts London, designing accessible digital services, conducting user research and contributing to scalable design systems. At AKQA, I worked across digital products and experiences for global brands including Rolls-Royce, Warner Music and BP.
I've maintained a strong interest in emerging technology throughout my career, exploring voice interfaces, augmented reality and gesture-based interactions, and more recently integrating AI-enabled capabilities and AI-assisted tools into product design, research and iteration.
My approach combines research, systems thinking, interaction design and technology to turn complex problems into clear, intuitive and accessible experiences.
